The hostel is located in a great spot, just a few blocks away from a public transport station and a bustling area filled with restaurants and bars. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, which makes the stay so much more enjoyable. The facilities are clean and the kitchenette area is a nice touch, giving the option to save money on eating out by cooking and having free tea or coffee.

The noise from the street outside can be a bit disturbing at night, especially if you're a light sleeper. the towel quality given to guests could have been better, as I noticed a stain on mine.

During our stay at Step Inn Too, we had a specific need that required some assistance. The helpful and professional team quickly provided us with the necessary information and even went above and beyond by receiving an important shipment on our behalf. The organization of the hostel was impressive, while still maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of a great youth hostel. We had a fantastic time and would definitely consider returning in the future. I highly recommend this place for a memorable stay.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. Cleanliness was superb and the hotel facilities were excellent. The hotel had a great location, and it was very easy to move around using public transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that I had everything I needed.

This hostel is located in a great area, close to Chinatown and with easy access to public transportation. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with AC, towels provided, and spacious bathrooms with toilet paper and hand soap. the staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere. the hostel also has a common area where you can meet other guests and enjoy the nightly music and beer pong.

The hostel can be noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep.

Had a fantastic Easter stay downtown. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a plus. the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the hotspots. Had a great time on the city tour offered by the hotel.

Noise was a big problem - music played until midnight. the air conditioning was on full blast, too cold for my liking.
